After three successful editions of the Interdans Festival, we present you the 4th edition: Interdans 2012. Our premiere this year will be in Capitole Gent on the 12th of July, followed by two shows in CC De Biekorf Lebbeke on the 13th and 14th of July.
Concept
As in previous years Interdans gives the opportunity to 6 to 8 young, beginning choreographers to show their new creations. One of the goals of Interdans is to promote contemporary dance. We present a wide variety of what contemporary dance has to offer. Of course Interdans has a certain style and will build on this, but especially this year, we will try to expand our horizon and reach out to new collaborations and possibilities.
This year’s artistic team will consist of about 12 people, who will be announced as we come closer to Interdans 2012. We can already tell you that this year’s performance is again supported by artistic assistant Clément Bugnon and artistic leader Bert Uyttenhove.
